Nothing to see here, folks! After Kaley Cuoco announced her split from husband Ryan Sweeting in late September, rumors immediately started circulating that the actress, 29, was hooking up again with her Big Bang Theory costar, on-screen love interest, and ex-boyfriend, Johnny Galecki.
The pair quietly dated for two years and Cuoco confirmed the relationship in 2010, but according to two adorable new Instagram posts, they are just friends now — thank you very much!
“So sorry to disappoint , but no home wreckers or secret flings going on here,” Cuoco captioned a photo of her sitting next to Galecki, 40, grinning and giving each other a fist bump. “Me and @sanctionedjohnnygalecki are just the best of buds- Leonard and Penny will just have to suffice!!!”
Her on-screen husband mirrored the sentiment in his own Instagram picture from the same outing, writing, “No scandals / home wreckers / pregnancies here, y’all. Just profound friendship. @normancook.”

Even prior to Cuoco’s split from Sweeting, 28, the CBS star admitted that her then-husband and Galecki were only on the best of terms.
“Well, we dated like five years ago, so I think we both moved on. Johnny is actually one of my best friends. It’s a situation that ended well,” she told Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live less than a week before announcing her divorce. “I understand sometimes it doesn’t. It could have gone horrible. He’s one of my dearest friends. Ryan loves him. Johnny loves him. It’s been a long time, so it’s great. I got lucky! That could have been horrible.”
On this season of The Big Bang Theory, Cuoco and Galecki’s characters, Penny and Leonard, tied the knot in a low-key, Las Vegas wedding.
